Hello,

Actually, it can be either and is a good sign. We can see some breast tenderness in some women. We can see breast tenderness before periods, with changes in hormones and with pregnancy.

Let me know if this continues or if you get your period.... I will be looking forward to hearing how you are doing.

I completely understand how you are waiting anxiously for changes to be happening. Like you stated, it has only been 2 weeks! I am confident that you will notice positive improvements on the Insulite PCOS System. How long it will take really depends on the individual. Many people do notice improvements in the first several weeks of being on the system, such as an increase in their energy and a decrease in their carb cravings. Regulation of the menstrual cycle may take a bit longer because your hormones have to be balanced. In addition, scientific research states that for an overweight individual with PCOS, losing 5% of their body weight will regulate their menstrual cycles.

I am excited to hear about all the changes you will notice on the Insulite PCOS System. Please keep me posted! Once again, it has only been 2 weeks! We commend you for taking the first steps in improving your health!

Lastly, I just wanted to add some additional information on smoking whie pregnant. Not only can smoking reduce your ability to conceive there are numerous other risks. Here are a couple links you may want to check out: http://cerhr.niehs.nih.gov/common/smoking.html, http://www.ways-to-quit-smoking.com/...e-pregnan.html.

Feel free to write back anytime with questions or concerns or if you just need some motivation!!

Hello,

As I mentioned, it can be either. Has anything else changed for you since beginning? Are you still having breast tenderness? Is this just one sided breast pain that you experienced? Are you having any other additional symptoms that you did not have before? If it was something that just lasted one day and is now gone, it can be due to hormone changes. But overall right now, it will be a wait and see situation unless there is reason to believe that something else is going on.

Please let me know if anything changes or you are experiencing any other symptoms (discharge from breast, pain, swelling, that may indicate an infection or if you are more nauseous since then).

I look forward to hearing back.

Hello,

Please do not apologize for your English, I understand exactly what you are asking.

Well, it is possible that you are pregnant. If you did ovulate last month, this is possible.

Have you had any other symptoms of pregnancy in addition to breast tenderness, such as fatigue, nausea, urinating more often, any spotting, cravings, even intuition of pregnancy, etc.?

If you are not sure, I would recommend a home pregnancy test. Be sure that you are getting one that can be done before your missed period. If it is negative, you may have to take another around the time your period is due.

Please let me know what you find out and if I can help further.

Hello,

I answered part of this in your latest post. The discharge you are seeing can be happen for a couple of reasons. This may be an early sign of pregnancy as well. But it can also be due to ovulation or sign of infection.

If you notice an unpleasant odor or excessive discharge that is gray, green, or yellow in color, itching, burning, etc. these are signs of an infection and you should make an appointment to see your doctor for evaluation.

Also, if you can not wait until your period is due to do a pregnancy test, you can ask your doctor to do a blood test.

I hope that this helps.

Hello,

This is good news! The fact that you have your period is a great sign and a sign that your hormones are changing. Having a more regular cycle means that it is likely that you are ovulating, which is a must in order to become pregnant. It can take some time for all this to really balance out but it is great that you are already seeing positive changes. I will be looking forward to hearing more.

Remember to keep track of your cycles on a calender.
