Loosing weight is a biggest challenge for most of the people nowadays. Stop gaining weight is the best one than to loose it. Also it's not impossible for the people who are determined to loose. From my side having balanced diet with regular exercises definitely helps you to loose weight. For me swimming is the bet one to loose weight and also to be fit and fine.
