    Hello SoniKam,

You have cut out the right things. We recommend eating mostly veggies plus some healthy protein and fat sources. I am worried you are not getting enough protein and calories overall, depending on the amounts of foods listed. Also you can monitor your carbs by using a carb counter online or a book. We do recommend gradually reducing grams of carbs to 60-80 grams per day.

    Hello Sami,

If you are vegetarian it can be a little more difficult. Eggs are a great choice. Also raw nuts, organic soy/tofu/tempeh, and beans/lentils. Dark leafy greens contain some amino acids as well. If you eat some dairy products (cheese, plain yogurt, milk) this can help with adding protein to diet. Obviously the highest protein food come from fish, lean meat, poultry and other game meats.

Please suggest!your help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello Sami,

I feel that organic dairy products are ok as long as you are not sensitive to dairy or lactose intolerant. Organic ensures it does not contain hormones. If raw milk is available locally that would be great too because it is more easily digested. If you feel you don't feel well when you eat dairy then you should avoid it.

Well!!!Diet has own importance in our life for keep fitness of the body. All protein counts for the day.
If you over do it you will get constipated most likely. If your body doesn't need anything you take
in, it passes it and you can over work its filtration and cause damage but 10gr isn't going to do it.
