Hi Dr. Apryl,
I have been on the PCOS system for about 5 months now and things are going well. I have 1 month worth of product left.
Do I need to keep taking this for the rest of my life? What will happen if I stop?
Trying to figure out if I need to reorder or can I try going without.

Dear Missy,
Thanks for writing in.
The answer to your question is that whether or not to continue depends on your progress thus far. Have you met your goals? If you feel like you are still working on your issues, I'd suggest that you try at least 3 more months to see if you can improve them. If you feel like you need more help to change some of your symptoms, feel free to write any time on this forum or privately and I can help you strategize. On the other hand, if you have met your goals, then you can go out on your own and see how you do!
It is not our intention to have you on the PCOS system for your lifetime. We want you to get to a place where you can maintain your accomplishment with the lifestyle changes you have made- especially exercise and diet.
I know that this is not a real clear cut answer, however, I do hope that it is helpful!
