Dear Sweet mama tee,
Thanks so much for writing in! The Insulite PCOS supplements, along with lifestyle and dietary changes promote hormone balance, which then facilitates ovulation and regular periods. Having regular periods will cause the uterine lining to shed. As for how long it takes for periods to become regular, it really depends on the person. We recommend that you follow the guidelines of the Insulite System for at least six months. Then, we would like to evaluate your progress with you and make recommendations for a course of action based on that evaluation.
Have a great night and please do write in again with any additional questions.
