I have started the Insulite supplements for the past days till now I don’t find any changes from my regular routine. Being an Asian, a meal without rice is very difficult so finding too hard to adjust the diet.
Can I eat wheat instead of rice?. I feel hungry and sometimes become so desperate to eat whatever I see.
I am already taking levothyroxine , is it ok to take along with PCOS+. For the past three days I take (Before breakfast ) - levothyroxine + pcos.
I feel most of the time so tired too I push myself so hard for my exercise classes. I exercise for min of 1 hr/ 5 days a week.

I am so desperate to reduce weight as I need to as advised by the doctor for my pregnancy.

Hello Revathy,

Feeling tired after a meal and craving foods that are sweet is often a sign of blood sugar imbalance associated with insulin resistance. Try to eat balanced meals and snacks (mostly veggies plus lean protein and healthy fats). This will keep your blood sugars more balanced. You can take the PCOS+ with your thyroid medication in the morning. You can eat wheat or other whole grains. White rice contains little fiber and gets absorbed quickly, spiking blood sugar and insulin levels. Are you counting carbs and gradually reducing them? Look over the customer guide for meal ideas and how to reduce carbs gradually. If you have any questions let me know.
