Hi

I have started the PCOS system now 3 weeks ago, and I am feeling great! A lot of my fatigue/ soreness/ and nausea have dissipated. I have still not had a period for a few months. Is it safe to take Birth Control to help start regulating my cycles while on this system? Or should I wait and see if it comes back with these pills? ** I found the answer to this question in a different post! **

Also, the one symptom I still struggle with is flushing. Any thoughts? <--- I would still like to know suggestions for this!

Any tips / suggestions are appreciated!

Dear Pensive Angel,

Thanks so much for your question ;) I have not heard from other customers that they are experiencing flushing. Are you taking any other supplements such as niacin, which can cause flushing?

No other medication on my tab! I've had this symptom before starting the insulite, so I know its not these pills, just curious if anything else would help. My gyno thinks its due to the low estrogen in my system, but I'm really trying not to start BC until I've fully given this system a chance!

It's good to hear from you again! Hot flushes can certainly be associated with having low estrogen. I hope your symptoms subside and you are able to hold off on the BCP. Please do keep me posted!
