Trying to conceive

Dear Friends,
Im 23 years old. Getting periods 45 days once.
I got married 6 months before and planned to conceive by this year end.
I have PCOS and very much worried whether it ll make a big problem in pregnancy.
My test report is

Tota T4 serum / chemilum inescence observerd value - 9.50
reference range 3.2 - 12.6 ug/dL

TSH serum/chemiluminescence observerd value - 0.76
reference range 0.35 - 5.50

Prolactin observed value - 15.2
reference range - Pregnant 9.7 - 208.5 ng/ml
Postmenopausal 1.8 - 20.3 ng/ml
Non pregnant - 2.8 - 29.2 ng/ml

The above is my test result as on march 2010.
Can anyone suggest me regarding the report .
Is it critical r normal level.
