Hi i am so happy to announce i am a mommy now. I definetly feel the PCOS system helped me to achieve this. Okay so my baby is almost 8 months old. I am nursing. What can I do to control my PCOS now? I am very slowly losing weight. Any suggestions?

Hello and thanks for writing in. Congratulations on becoming a mom! This is such wonderful news.

Now that you are no longer pregnant but still nursing, it is not recommended to use the supplements until you are no longer nursing. However, I would recommend that, if you are not already, that you go back to the Insulite Guide and continue working on the nutrition and exercise aspects of the System. Reducing carbs and increasing lean protein, lots of veggies and healthy fat. Nutrition along with exercise are going to be crucial for the long term control of PCOS and symptoms.

I hope that this helps. Please keep us posted.
