Strange Spotting

For the last couple of years, I have actually been having a period on my own, it has been very light, but it's there, before that I didn't have one at all. But for the last 5 or 6 months I have been very spotty, which I know is typical with PCOS, but for the last 2 months I have spotted everyday!! It's getting really old!! And the spotting is usually brown to dark brown in color. Is this normal??

Hormone imbalance can cause our monthly cycles to be erratic. However, daily spotting is not part of a normal cycle and I suggest you seeing your gynecologist for a check-up. A pelvic ultrasound can often be helpful in diagnosing any potential problems and ruling out anything serious.
