Hi,
I would like to ask a question concerning the effect of herbs in treating PCOS. There are so many of them in health food stores and pharmacies, mixtures or pure ones, for different parts of cycle etc. If I try more of them at once (in the pure form), following the recommendation for a daily dose, can I overdose eventually? I am mostly interested in cycle-regulating herbs (I also have mild acne problems and a few black hair on my abdomen and thighs, but that's not so much of an issue for me). Even though I've been diagnosed with PCOS only this week (I'm 27), I've always had very irregular periods, going months without it. When I was a teen, I didn't have a period on my own for more than two years, possibly due to eating disorders (I dropped almost 30 lb back then and was 100 lb while being 5' 5'' tall, now I'm 132-133 lb).
