Thanks so much for your question. I'm excited to hear that you have had a period since starting the Insulite PCOS System. To answer your question, yes, the goal is to have regular menses. However, it is not unusual for the menstrual cycle to have a few "hiccups" of irregularity here and there
as your hormones become balanced.
