Dear Tina,

Thanks so much for your great question! Having irregular periods is a symptom of PCOS. I can't specifically give you medical advice other than to speak with your doctor regarding your birth control pills. However, losing weight along with regular exercise will help lessen insulin resistance and reduce symptoms of PCOS. I encourage you to look into the Insulite PCOS System for additional nutritional and herbal support.

Please do let me know if you have additional questions.
