How do others get all the pills required for the insulite program? I basically have them in four groups with 2 x a day wtih meals and 2 x a day between meals. I also take spirnolactone twice a day and the program booklet states do not take the between the meal pills with other meds and wait 4 hours after taking it. Well, this puts me to a meal again typically. I take the spirnolactone in the morning and then usually again in the afternoon sometime (don't want to take 2nd dose at night since it is a diuretic). Any suggestions on timing these pills to be able to take them as recommended?

Hi Kim,

I am so sorry your post here has gone unanswered for so long.

In case you have not found a way to get all the supplements in with your medications, I hope that this helps.

- 1/2 hour before breakfast: PCOS + - 2 caps
- With breakfast: InsulX - 2 caps and RejuvenX - 2 caps, Spironolactone
- 1/2 hour before lunch: GlucX - 3 caps
- With Lunch: InsulX - 2 caps and RejuvenX - 2 caps
- Between lunch and dinner: PCOS + - 2 caps
- Before bed: GlucX - 3 caps

If you find that you still are too close, you can remove the dose of GlucX before lunch and only take the other before bed to prevent any problems.

Please contact me if there is anything I can do to help. Again, I apologize for the delay.
