Ok, I am kind of confused about how i am suppose to take the pills like the insulx and rejuvenx at the same time with meals and then the pcos+ and glucx between meals but are they suppose to be taken together or what and does the glucx need to be taken how far from meals and the other supplements? I am currently about 285 lb it is important to me to lose weight not only to help my cycle but my health too is thier any advise you have for me with that?

Hello and thanks for writing in!
I understand your concerns and think the schedule we have will be helpful to ensure that you are not only taking the supplements appropriately but to support your goals.
Here's a suggested dosing schedule which may make this more manageable for you:
- 1/2 hour before breakfast: PCOS + - 2 caps
- With breakfast: InsulX - 2 caps and RejuvenX - 2 caps
- Between breakfast and lunch: GlucX - 3 caps
- With Lunch: InsulX - 2 caps and RejuvenX - 2 caps
- Between lunch and dinner: PCOS + - 2 caps
- After dinner/before bed: GlucX - 3 caps
If you forget to take any of the supplements with breakfast or lunch, you can take that dose with dinner.
As for the in between times (between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner), when you are eating a snack, just be sure to take the GlucX and the PCOS+ away from food by an hour, if possible.
Some of the pills need to be taken without food for a few reasons. The GlucX should be taken alone because as a high fiber supplement, it could theoretically interfere with the absorption of other substances taken at the same time. You wouldn't want to take it with food because it could impede the absorption of nutrients from the food, and the same with taking other supplements and medications with the GlucX.
The PCOS+ should be taken away from food because some of the herbs in that product are better absorbed on an empty stomach. That is just the nature of its ingredients.
Let me know how this works for you.

Hello,
This is good, I made a couple changes, on the time for taking the GlucX in the AM/PM and the PCOS+ in the afternoon.
8:00 AM- PCOS+
8:30 AM- Breakfast, Insulx, RejuvenX
10:00 AM- Glucx
10:30 AM- Snack
12:30 PM- Lunch, Insulx, Rejuvenx
2:00 PM- PCOS+
2:30 PM- Snack
6:00 PM- Dinner, Multi Vitamin
7:30 PM- Glucx
8:00 PM- Snack
As far as weight loss, the nutrition and exercise plan that came with order, on a card with a link to download is where I recommend you starting with these changes. Overall, carbohydrate intake will need to be reduced. The goal should be 60-80 grams a day from all sources. The Guide will give guidelines on how to make these changes.
Also, I would recommend not eating later in the evening.
Let me know how this works for you.
