Hi
I'm totally new to this and I have a strange question. Does the Insulite System always work? Has anyone not gotten positive results? What about side effects? I want to pursue this treatment but I want the entire picture, not just the good parts...Anybody?...:o

Hi,:)
I just noticed your question this morning and thought I would give you my experience with the Insulite program. I am 50 years old (friends say I look 35- WHOOPIE!), PCOS for 20 years, had a gastric bypass to alleviate some of the problems 7 years ago, and have been on Insulite for about 3 months. I have lost 3-4 inches everywhere and over 15 pounds. Before this I could not lose even a pound. I work out 3-6 days aweek on the elliptical, stretch aerobics, bike and mobile stairstepper, depending on my busy schedule.
Taking "all" the pills at first was a challenge, but now it's easier.
The keys for me are taking the pills, water, GI diet and the exercise. Yes, I do sometimes eat off the charts, but get right back on the next meal. I do not say "NO" to anything, but eat in moderation. My cycles are back, but lite as I am heading into menopause. I feel less irritable, agrivated, and bloated. My libido which has been non-existant for the last year, but has returned a bit and that's a real plus for my marriage, as I married a younger man. The weight loss is miraculous and feeling balanced is a huge reason for me to continue on this program. I will stay on this right into menopause and beyond. I believe anyone can be sucessful on this problem, but you must apply yourself and JUST DO IT! I feel better than I have in 20 years and I wish you the same success. My 16 year old daughter, who is PCOS free (thank GOD), says that INSULITE ROCKS for her MOM!! (AND YOU CAN TOO!!!) :)

Thanks for noticing my post. I have found that my interest in the product is not wavering at all. I usually wait out a length of time to make sure that I am not acting on impulse. It seems that i'm not. I will be ordering the 3 month supply of the product in April.....(my cash will allow it then) and i'll be on my way to a more balanced life. Hopefully i will lose weight to and maybe have a kid.

Thanks for caring!

Hi Lottery,

I just rec'd my package and am starting. I wanted to comment because I am like you- I wait things out a bit to make sure I am not impulse buying. It sounded so great. I recall hearing about it a year or so ago and being like 'YES! I AM GETTING IT!' But I waited.. then money was extra tight, and a million other things got in the way. I started getting REAL wore down and bloated and lethargic and just about ALL symptoms classic to PCOS- so I decided it was time. Plus have you ever tried to find BAD reviews of insulite? They are virtually not out there! Interesting to me. Anyway. Today is day 2... here I go.

Hello and thanks for writing in! I am excited that you have chosen to use the PCOS System.

I think that it is important that you made the choice when you were ready. Jumping into anything when you are not ready doesn't always work out. So I am happy to read that you have committed to making some positive changes.

Here is a dosing schedule that will be useful.

- 1/2 hour before breakfast: PCOS + - 2 caps
- With breakfast: InsulX - 2 caps and RejuvenX - 2 caps
- Between breakfast and lunch: GlucX - 3 caps
- With Lunch: InsulX - 2 caps and RejuvenX - 2 caps
- Between lunch and dinner: PCOS + - 2 caps
- After dinner/before bed: GlucX - 3 caps

If you forget to take any of the supplements with breakfast or lunch, you can take that dose with dinner.

As for the in between times (between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner), when you are eating a snack, just be sure to take the GlucX and the PCOS+ away from food by an hour, if possible.

Some of the pills need to be taken without food for a few reasons. The GlucX should be taken alone because as a high fiber supplement, it could theoretically interfere with the absorption of other substances taken at the same time. You wouldn't want to take it with food because it could impede the absorption of nutrients from the food, and the same with taking other supplements and medications with the GlucX.

The PCOS+ should be taken away from food because some of the herbs in that product are better absorbed on an empty stomach. That is just the nature of its ingredients.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We are here to help.

My mom told me about this FIVE years ago. I have been on for 3 months and was very skeptical. However, I had exhausted everything else. I immediately felt better. I'm still battling the acne (although it's getting better) because I was taking the supplements at the wrong time, and an irregular cycle, but have lost weight! Compared to fertility meds, this stuff is cheap. :)

Oh yes, and I googled "anti-insulite" or joke or whatever words I could come up with on negative stuff and didn't find any. After a friend mentioned it to me, I researched it again and didn't find anything bad, so I decided to try. Life changes, but I would like to say right now that I will be on this stuff for life.
