I just received my insulite system today, and cannot wait to start! I am starting tomorrow.

I see many of the suggested meals in the system suggest tuna, but I really do not like tuna. Is canned chicken an acceptable alternative? For instance, when it says 4oz tuna water packed, can that be 4oz chicken water packed?

Yes, chicken is an acceptable alternative. Keep in mind that you can use turkey or another type of fish listed in the guide as well. As you read through the guide you will see that we stress importance of protein with meals and snacks. So, you will have plenty of options and if you get stuck, feel free to write in for suggestions.
