Thank you for writing "5 Tips for a Work-Life Balance".
For the last few years, I have put more than 60-80 hours in a week at my job. Not just is there a lot to do, but I have taken on what sometimes feels like a whole division's responsibilities. Much has suffered for this dedication. It was a recent visit to my doctors when I saw the scale hit near 200.00 pounds at 4'11" that I realized that if I didn't get a quick new perspective on balancing life with work, that my overall future in health was at jeopardy. I also jokingly ask myself, if the company really wanted to lay me off, what would I be left with? And the answer was simple... nothing that the company would be concerned over, but I, well I would be stuck with weight issues, low self esteem, and a whole mess of serious health challenges, and for what? So I could have a more accomplised completed list at work.

Ladies, working hard does not mean we need to give our lives a way to our jobs. I am going to read this blog article as often as possible to remind myself that I can give myself permission to lead a normal work day. I hope you can too.
